We are focused on providing our members with comprehensive programming that incorporates:

  • Traditional strength training (body weight and weighted)
  • Cardiovascular conditioning
  • Plyometric movements
  • Gymnastics
  • Olympic lifting

Our programming is diverse, creative and continuously changing, ensuring that you will always be challenged and will never PLATEAU!!  There are many gyms out there who claim to offer similar products, but none of them can compare.

All of our workouts and movements can be modified to suit ALL fitness levels. We also focus on mobility to increase flexibility and range of motion, which reduce risk of injury while increasing longevity.

We strongly believe that weight-training is an essential part of “fitness” and encourage most everyone to incorporate it into their exercise regime. Our classes are crafted to ensure that there is balance between lifting, skills and a chance to practice what you learn in our Daily WOD.

We also offer our popular CrossFit Cardio class which incorporates all of the principles and programming of CrossFIT but EXCLUDES Olympic lifting.  This “CrossFit Lite” is just as challenging and in intense as our comprehensive program and serves as a perfect introduction or Segway into our comprehensive program.
