    8 OH Plate Lunges (45/25)

    8 Goblet Squats (53/35)

    9 KBS (53/35)

    9 HR Push Ups

    10 Sit Ups

    10 T2B/HKR

    100m Run
    Partners will alternate movements for 26 minutes; one partner working at a time. Partner who is not working will do 1 Burpee then rest until their partner is done with the movement they are on.
