Introductory ELEMENTS Program

As CrossFit is a very different approach to fitness than most traditional gyms we feel it is important that some time is taken for individuals to learn the basic skills needed before transitioning into our regular CrossFit classes and participating in our Workout of the Day “WOD”.

We have developed our Introductory ELEMENTS program to ensure your transition is as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

 

2 Ways to complete ELEMENTS:

  • 3 group Saturday sessions at 10am
  • 3 1-on-1 sessions with one of our instructors scheduled at a time convenient for you

 

What to Expect:

These classes will be led by one of our Certified CrossFit instructors who will focus on skill development and work with you to build your understanding of the different movements as well as teach you how to scale more difficult movements to your fitness/ability level.

Each ELEMENTS class will introduce you to technique and movement mechanics and finish with a workout that will reinforce movements that you learnt during that session. You will be required to complete each of the 3 ELEMENTS classes prior to joining a regular WOD. More classes are encouraged.

During the time you are completing the ELEMENTS Course you will have unlimited access to our Cardio classes and encourage you to attend as frequently as possible as this will assist in reinforcing movements and ramping up your intensity in preparation for joining the regular CrossFit WOD.
