We focus on High Intensity Interval Training, light weight dumbbell movements, CrossFit circuits, plyometrics and indoor/outdoor cardio to round out the most comprehensive fitness class on the Island! We cover it all in one simple class offered 12 times a week. CrossFit Cardio is scalable for everyone, there are no heavy barbell movements and we recommend these classes for those looking to build up their overall fitness.
