5.  Front Rack Barbell Bulgarian Split Squat (3×10 each leg)
6.  Overhead Jerk Grip Barbell Walk (5×40 Yards – Build Across)

Thursday

1.  Snatch + OHS (1RM)
2.  Snatch (8×1 @85% of previous complex)
3.  Push Jerk (@ 70-75% 8×3)
4.  Push Press (@ 75% 1×8)
5.  GHD Back Extension plus Snatch Grip DL (8RM)

Sunday

1.  Clean From Blocks (Build up to heavy Single)
2.  Clean (8×1 @ 85% of previous Heavy Single)
3.  Front Squat (@80% 4×4)
4.  Good Mornings (3×12)
5.  Seated Banded Leg Curls (3×30)
