Sunday

1.  10 EMOM
1 Split Jerk @ 80%
2.  Front Squat (5×3 @ 85%)
3.  Snatch – No foot, no hook (5×2)
4.  Reverse Hypers (3×15)
5.  Weighted Plank Hold (2 min x max weight)
