Intent: For today’s workout, athletes will mentally need to engage in the fact that it’s more than the typical 3-5 Rounds. The goal for the workout is to try and move fluidly and fast through the grunt work of v-ups, DB Snatches, and Wall Balls. Try to stay unbroken, and then use the bike to settle into a moderate pace that allows you to catch your breath.
