Conditioning

40 Air Squats
20 Calorie Assault Bike
20 Burpees
20 DB Hang Clean + Jerk (2 DBs)

Intent: This workout will be about pacing on the Bike, Push athletes to hold the efforts under 2-2:30 minutes. The Air Squats should be steady, no need to sprint through. The Burpees will accumulate on the body so a steady up and down pace is needed, breath each rep and mentally grind through. The DB Clean and Jerks should be challenging but unbroken.
