Dynamic Effort Work: Week 3 of Speed Front Squats/Ultra Wide Sumo Deadlifts
Dynamic Effort Upper: Week 3 of Speed Bench Press

High-Threshold: Monday, “Bear Grylls” & Thursday, “Batwings”
Moderate Intensity: Tuesday
GPP Based: Wednesday/Friday
