Intent: Chipper style AMRAP for today. Most of us don’t like wall balls, and if we aren’t as experienced with them look to find a breakup rep scheme from round 1. You don’t want to go unbroken, and then round 2 go back and have to do 5s. 2-3 sets should allow for a more sustainable effort and smoother movement on the following exercises.
