Intent: The first workout will challenge your ability to control and stabilize a single KB throughout the thruster. Choose a weight where you’re comfortable getting all the reps unbroken. Or a weight where you can do 6-8 KB swings and then after a short break finish them off and go for 10 thrusters. The second workout will be less challenging technically, but force a faster pace. Look to spike the intensity on this one.
