Congrats to CFML – Ardmore May Athlete of the month Alexia Schmidt! 

When CrossFit Main Line started its Endurance Program three years ago, Alexia Schmidt was one of its original members. She’s since made an incredible transformation, maintained an active lifestyle, and continues to set a positive example of health and wellness for her family. She regularly challenges herself in the box and thrives for growth and improvement everyday. You’ll often find Alexia in Ardmore having fun with her close-knit circle of friends in both our Endurance and CrossFit programs. Show your support for Alexia in the comments below!

10-20 Minutes of “easy” recovery work i.e.

– Metcon: Athletes are working with a partner today – one person works at a time splitting work as desired. We want Athletes to scale this workout in order to stay consistent across all rounds. This workout is meant to challenge you from head to toe, but there is less local musculature demand today which is why bar muscle ups (or scaling option) work sets are kept small.
