EMOM x 12 mins:
1. 15 Goblet Squats
2. 30 Sec Hollow Hold
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Partner AMRAP x 10 mins:
30 DUs
25 KB Swings (scale to Russian if needed)
200 meter run

One partner works while other rests. Alternate through exercises; for example: A completes DUs, B completes KB swings, A completes 200m run, etc…
