A.  20 Deadlifts / B.  Wall Sit
A.  24 One-Arm Dumbbell Thrusters / B. Hollow Hold

Partner 1 completes the weighted movements  (A), while Partner 2 completes the isometric movements (B).  Partner 1 may NOT work unless Partner B is in position.  Partners switch roles every round so each athlete will complete two full round in each role.
