Metcon (Time)
AQAP with a partner complete 8 rounds of:
8 KB Swings (53/35)
12/9 Calorie Row OR Assault Bike
12 Sit Ups

Then

8 rounds of:
12 OH Plate Lunges (45/25)
10 Box Jumps (24/20)
8 KB Swings

Time Cap: 30 mins

Partners alternate through movements. A starts with 8 KBS while B rests. When A finishes their KBS B starts their Calorie Row. Partners complete 8 total rounds (4 each) before moving on to the next set of movements.
