200 Mountain Climbers
100 Box Jumps (24/20)
80 KBS (53/35)
80 Weighted Sit Ups (20/14)
20 Pull to Stands – Rope Climbs,
While doing:
3200m Run

Time Cap: 30 mins

One person working at a time on chipper movements while other partner may work on run. When run is completes partners go back and forth on remaining work. All work can be split as desired as with one person working ad one resting (once run is done).

8 Empty Barbell Bench Press (building through sets)

Bench Press (Complete 5 sets of 5 reps at: 60-70-75-80-85% of 1RM)
Bench Press (Complete 1 set for max reps at 95% of 1RM)

Partner AMRAP x 20 mins:

A - Max Calorie Assault Bike / Rower

B - Complete 2 sets of the following:

5 Deficit HSPUs / Kipping HSPUs / DB Press / Push Ups
