The object is to get as close to 100m as you can. It does not matter how fast or slow you row, you want to land right on 100m; and that is considered a strike. You will alternate rounds (frames) between partners were each of you will complete 5 frames. For each meter over or under 100m both you and your partner will complete 1 squat. You play 10 frames. If you row 100m exactly on the last frame you get to row again and
replace any of your previous scores.
