Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Partner Amrap x 30 mins of:
5 HR Push Ups
10 Air Squats
15 Ab Mat Situps

Partners alternate where one partner completes full round and the other rests.
At minutes 5, 15 & 25 both partners stop and complete 5 Synchronized Burpees.
At minutes 0, 10 & 20 both partners stop and complete 250m run together.
