Hot Mess

25min AMRAP:
8 Hang Power Cleans 135/95
12 Push-ups
16 Lateral Lunges 65/45
20 Cal AB or Row

At home WOD. (For those who would rather stay home)

5min jog or any other cardio machine (light effort)
2 sets:
30sec in the bottom of the squat (active hold)
8 walkout to plank into downward dog

10min AMRAP:

10 Push-ups
14 Walking Lunges

(RX+ deficit push-ups and weighted lunges or jumping lunges)
(Scaling reduce amount of push-up reps and or push-up from the knees.)
