WHITEBOARD BRIEF

Wear a weighted vest if possible. Partition repetitions however you see fit. In this shorter chipper, pushups will likely be the most difficult movement as they focus primarily on the triceps. Break them up into quick manageable sets in order to efficiently complete the workload.
