20 Lateral Skaters
10 Prisoner Good Mornings

Every 45 sec for 30 mins (8 rounds):
1. 7 Air Squats + 7 Jump Squats
2. 7 Push Ups + 7 Clap Push Ups
3. 7 Sit Ups + 7 V-Ups
4. 7 Strict Press + 7 Push Press
5. 7 DB Rows + 7 Hammer Curls

Substitute Clap Push Ups for HR Push Ups or 14 Shoulder Taps

3 Bar or Ring MUs or 10 T2B / Hanging Knee Raises

Squat Clean + Squat Clean & Jerk (EMOM x 10 mins: 1 Squat Clean + 1 Squat Clean & Jerk)
Perform the listed movements as a complex (does not have to be touch and go)

Start at about 50% and build to a heavy complex for the day

Optional Extra Work

EMOM x 9 mins:

1. 10 Banded DB Push Ups (down in 3 secs)

2. 30 sec Weighted Scapula Hold
