400 Meter Run
3 Rounds:
4 Strict Pull-ups
8 Alternating Dumbbell Power Snatches
12 Jumping Lunges

With a longer workout such as this, a great approach is to settle into one movement as a pacer for the rest of the workout. The 400m run naturally lends itself to that. Pace the run and take your time so you can approach the triple with a little more speed and intensity every round. Athletes should aim for approximately five rounds today.
