10 Bench Plate Presses + 10 Plate Ground to Overhead (45/25)

Aim to complete both movements within 35-45 secs
Metcon (Time)
EMOM x 20 mins:
1. 40 DUs
2. 12 Burpees
3. 20 KB Swings (53/35)
4. 15/10 Cal Assault Bike / Row

Then, at the 20 min mark, complete 3 rds for time!
