There will be no Zoom workout today. We will return to our normal Zoom workouts on Feiday morning.

Hang Clean & Press (left hand)
OH Reverse Lunges (left hand)
Hang Clean & Press (right hand)
OH Reverse Lunges (right hand)
100m Walk after each round
2-4-6-8-10-etc…
Hang Clean & Press (left hand)
OH Reverse Lunges (left hand)
Hang Clean & Press (right hand)
OH Reverse Lunges (right hand)
100m Walk after each round
With one DB complete 2 C&P with left hand then hold DB overhead and perform 2 OH Reverse Lunges. Then do the movements with the right hand. Complete 100m walk. Then complete the same sequence but with 4 reps each followed by 100m walk. Continue increasing the reps by 2 until the 20 mins is up!
