Rowling (Time)
Object is to row and get the odometer to stop at exactly 100m. The amount of meters you stop over or under 100m is the amount of Burpees you must perform before next attempt. Each meter over or under counts as one point. The winner is the athlete with the lowest total at the end of 10 rounds (frames).

Perform 5 rounds as a warm Up
Metcon
EMOM x 25 mins:
1. 12 Ring Rows
2. 40 secs DUs/Singles
3. 40 sec OH Plate Hold (45/25)
4. 40 sec Calorie Row Sprint
5. 12 Pikes on Rower
Metcon
EMOM x 5 mins:
10 Alternating Single Leg V-Ups
10 sec Hollow Hold
5 V-Ups

1 min Bar or Ring MUs / C2B or Pull Ups / Ring Rows

Every member starts at a different station

On each set they must start on the next exercise (if I started the first set on Wall Balls, I start my 2nd sets on MUs/C2Bs
