Rowling (Time)
Object is to row and get the odometer to stop at exactly 100m. The amount of meters you stop over or under 100m is the amount of Burpees you must perform before next attempt. Each meter over or under counts as one point. The winner is the athlete with the lowest total at the end of 10 rounds (frames).

Perform 5 rounds as a warm Up

4. 40 sec Calorie Row Sprint
5. 12 Pikes on Rower
