Clean Pull + Floating Clean (1 + 1 (build to a moderate weight in 5 sets))
With the clean pull pause below the knee, above the knee and mid thigh
Clean Pull (3 sets of 3 reps at 100% of 1RM)

1 Standing Hip CARS each leg

4 Weighted Seated Box Jumps

5 Strict Knees to Elbows
