Over the 20 minutes of work, expect athletes to complete between 3-5 rounds
Today we have longer stations and longer rounds
Let’s aim to be consistent with movement speed and round times in this pacer
We’ll be feeling good in the first round, but it’s all about what happens beyond that
Look to hold an initial pace that you see yourself maintaining for 3+ rounds
Make note of your time after completing the first round and see if you can re-create that speed for the rounds that follow
