Complete 3 rounds for quality of:
1. 2 Strict High Pulls + 2 Hang Squat Cleans + 2 Squat Muscle Cleans
2. 1 Hip CAR each leg

Mobility and Barbell Warm Up
Hang Clean Pull + Hang Clean (Build to a heavy but perfect 1 + 2 for the day)
Perform the movements as a complex

Focus on triple extension and timing of the arm bend (after triple extension). Keep it close!
