Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)
0-10 mins: 1200m Run + Max rounds of 5 Pike Compressions + 10 Push Ups + 15 Air Squats
10-20 mins: 1200m Run + Max Rep Squat Jumps
20-30 mins: 1200m Run + Max Rep V-Ups
Goal is to hold 7-8 min mile pace for each interval. If you cannot then shorten the distance to 1000m.
