Power Clean (Build to 1RM Power Clean)
Focus on receiving the bar just above parallel as if you wee halfway through a squat. No "Starfishing", no muscle Cleans!
Clean Grip Deadlift (Complete 5 sets of 5 reps at TX030)
Perform the Deadlift movement using a Clean grip
Don’t touch the floor. Must mimic clean technique.
