Mobility and Barbell Warm Up
Complete 3 rounds for quality of:
5/leg Hip Windshield Wipers
1 Swimmer Hover in Squat
2 Position Pause Snatch (Build to a heavy but perfect double)
Pause below the knee and then at mid thigh before performing a full Snatch
Behind The Neck Snatch Grip Push Press (In 5 sets build to a heavy 5 reps)
Perform the Push Press movement from the back rack position with your hands in the Snatch grip position
Complete 4 sets of:
5 Heavy Wall Balls for Max height
Complete 3 sets of:
15/side KB Side Bends
3 Slow Jefferson Curls
