Mobility and Barbell Warm Up
Strict Press in Split Position (In 4 sets build to a challenging 5 rep)
Perform the Strict Press in the bottom of your Split Jerk
Complete 3 rounds for quality of:
3 Tall Jerks
1 Swimmer Hover in Split Position
Split Jerk (Weight)
Use the following Complex to Build to 90% pf your 1RM:
1 Dip and Drive + 2 Split Jerks
Complete 3 sets of:
8 Barbell Jump Squats
45 sec Hang From Bar
Complete 3 sets of:
15/side KB side Bends
3 Slow Jefferson Curls
