Expect each station to take around 2 minutes to complete
Let’s be intentional with our paces and break-up plans from the very beginning of this workout
It’s all about finding numbers that work for you for all 3 rounds
If we can keep our rounds within about 15 seconds of each other (from fastest to slowest round), we’ve done a fantastic job
Pick numbers on each movement in the 1st round that you see yourself being able to maintain in the 2nd and 3rd rounds of the workout
