5/leg Hip Windshield Wipers
1 Swimmer Hover in Squat
High Hang Snatch + Snatch Balance + OHS (Build to heavy complex for the day of 1+1+1)
Perform the listed movements as a complex
Behind The Neck Snatch Grip Push Press (In 5 sets build to a heavy 5 rep)
Perform the Push Press movement from the back rack position with your hands in the Snatch grip position

5 Heavy Wall Balls for max height
8 Lu Raises

Complete 3 sets of:
30 secs Elbows Forward Weighted Plank
12 DB Romanian Deadlifts
