AQAP complete 5 rounds of:
5 Toe Touch and Reach
10 Squats
100m Walk

Time Cap: 8 mins

Rest 2 Minutes
Metcon (Time)
AMRAP x 15 mins:
5 Push ups
10 Alternating Lunges (6/leg)
5 Jumping Jacks

After every 5 rounds completed perform 100m Walk. Start with 100m Walk!
For 3 mins:
30 Mountain Climbers (L+R=1)
20 Crossovers (L+R=1)

Hold Plank for the time remaining!

Cool Down Stretch
