Focus today: Arms. Fast elbows through to catch to ensure good receiving position on moderate weight cleans and throw your arms up as you jump vertically.
Power Clean weight should be moderate. Manageable as quick singles or sets of 3+
Pick the movement you excel at and go BIG or fast sets. For example, a steady pace on box jumps will lower your heart rate and allow for sets of 3+ unbroken reps on the power cleans. Or singles on the power cleans will allow for faster box jumps.
Goal: 5-7 Rounds
