STIMULUS: Today is a heavy day followed by a threshold workout
STRATEGY: Athletes should air squat at a pace that allows them to jump right into their Rope Climb. There should be minimal breaks throughout the workout.
SCORING: “SMOKY MOUNTAIN” Score is Total Reps
Example: If an athlete makes it through 50 Air Squats, 1 Rope Climb, and 10 of the 60 Air Squats their score would be 166 Reps
SCALING: Athletes should choose a Rope Climb variation that they can complete in under 1:00
