Mobility and Barbell Warm Up
Complete 3 rounds for quality of:
3 Tall Jerks
1 Swimmer Hover in Split Position
Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Split Jerk (Build to a heavy complex of: 1+1+2)
Perform the movements as a complex as possible
Complete 3 sets of:
5/leg Deep Lunges
10/leg Calf Raises
12 Tibialis Raises
Complete 3 sets of:
30 secs Ring Body Saw
30 secs Reverse Plank
