Mobility and Barbell Warm Up
Complete 3 rounds for quality:
5/leg Hip Windshield Wipers
1 Swimmer Hover in Squat
2 Position Pause Snatch (Build to a heavy but perfect double)
Pause below the knee and then at mid thigh before performing a full Snatch
2 Position Pause Snatch Pulls (Complete 5 sets of 3 reps)
Pause below the knee and mid thigh
Complete 4 sets of:
5 Heavy Wall Balls for max height
5 Klokov Press
Complete 3 sets of:
30 secs Accumulated L-Sit
10 Seated Barbell Good Mornings
