Mobility and Barbell Warm Up
Complete 3 rounds for quality of:
1 Prone Swimmer Hover
3 Hip Windshield Wipers
Mock Weightlifting Meet:
Snatch then Clean & Jerk with a 10 minute break in between.
You will have a 1 minute window to complete your lift, 2 minutes if you follow yourself.
Snatch (Weight)
Clean and Jerk (Weight)
Complete 3 sets of:
5 GHD Sit Ups (5 sec eccentric)
3 Slow Jefferson Curls
