Complete 2 sets of:

10 Banded Revers Flys

10 Supinated Banded Pull Downs

10 Banded Pull and Rotate

 

Then for 7 mins cycle through:

1 min Assault Bike or Row or 200m Run

8 Inchworms

10 Air Squats

10 DB Cleans

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Partner AMRAP x 30 mins:

12 DB Cleans (50/35 – 35/25 – 25/15)

16 Wall Balls (20/14)

15/10 Cals Assault Bike or 20/15 Cal Row

Partners alternate through completed rounds (one works while the other rests)

Metcon

For 9 mins cycle through:

20-30 secs L-Sit Hold / Tuck Sit Hold10 Pikes on Rower (2-3 sec hold at the top)

15 Incline Bench Reverse Crunches

Rest as needed
