5 Rounds for Time:
25/20 Cal Ski Erg
20 GHD Sit-Ups
50ft Handstand Walk
•To scale: 20/16 on the ski erg (or rower), 15 GHD sit ups or ab mat sit-ups, for the handstand walk, athletes can scale to a bear crawl.
Advice From Our Coaches:
This will be super taxing on the core and the transition from handstand walk to ski erg will get spicy on the arms. Be smart in the first couple of rounds and increase your pace as the workout progresses. Have fun!

#FEARLESSFRIDAY; CFML’S CALORIE TORCHING, MUSCLE BUILDING WORKOUT OF THE WEEK:
2 Sets* AMRAP x 5 Minutes:
7 Thrusters (75/55)
7 Burpees Over Bar
*Rest 3 minutes in between sets
Advice from our coaches:
1. Choose a weight on the thrusters that you can complete all 7 reps unbroken. If this is a light weight for you, ensure that you are opening your hips and reaching full lock out. We don’t want to “cheat” the standard because its light.
2. Pace the burpees so that you can immediately get back on the barbell. We don’t want to sprint the burpees so quickly that our heart rate gets out of control, and we end up taking extra rest.
