100m Run

10 Alternating DB Snatches (35/20)

30 DUs / 60 Singles

Time Cap: 12mins

Partners alternate through completed rounds where one works while the other rests

30 sec Hollow Hold

30 Mountain Climbers (L+R=1)

30 Ab Mat Sit ups

Perform a Plank Hold for the time remaining
