High Skips (x2)

Then complete 1 min each of:

Shuttle Runs

Down Ups

1 DB Hang Clean + 1 DB Front Squats + 1 DB Push Press

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP x 30 mins:

400m Run

10 Muscle Snatches

10 Power Clean & Jerks (95/65 – 75/55)

15 Burpees over Bar (lateral)

Rest 90 secs
