8 Ring Rows with 2 sec hold at the top

8 Shoulder Activations

Complete the following 4 sets of 3 mins on, 1 min off of:

21 / 15 / 12Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)

Max T2B / Hanging Knee Raises in time remaining

18 / 12 / 10 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)

Max C2B Pull Ups / Pull Ups in time remaining
