Clubs – Wall Balls (20/14)
Spades – Box Jump Overs (24/20)
For example: 4 of Clubs = 4 Wall Balls
Face Cards = 10 reps
Aces = Repeat last card + 200m Run
Jokers = 5 reps of each exercise
