Deck of Cards Remix
With a full deck of cards (Jokers included) draw one card at a time.
Class performs the exercise that is assigned to each card:

Hearts – DB Strict Press (35/20)
Diamonds – Med Ball Weighted Sit Ups (20/14)
Clubs – Wall Balls (20/14)
Spades – Box Jump Overs (24/20)

For example: 4 of Clubs = 4 Wall Balls

Face Cards = 10 reps
Aces = Repeat last card + 200m Run
Jokers = 5 reps of each exercise
