Metcon

1 min Jump Rope

1 min/side Banded Couch Stretch

1 min/side Bent Over Lat Stretch

1 min Banded Pull Apart

1 min OH Banded Reverse Lunges

1 min Alternating Hang DB Snatches

1 min Hip Muscle Snatches

1 min Hang Muscle Snatches

1 min Hang Muscle Snatch into OH Squat

1 min OH Squats

Then complete 1 min of the movement you have selected for the following workouts (either Hang Squat Snatches or Hang Squat Cleans)

Hang Snatch (Every 2 mins x 12 mins:
Sets 1-3: 5 Hang Squat Snatches
Sets 4-6: 3 Hang Squat Snatches)

Build up to a heavy 5 and then your best 3 for the day

If Squat Snatches are an issue, you can perform Squat Cleans
