10/side Alternating Pigeon to Push Up position

Then, EMOM x 6 mins:

1. 8-10 Easy Ring Rows (hold 3 secs, down in 3 secs)

2. 6/side (max of 45 secs) Kneeling to Squat to Kneeling

3. 8-10/side Standing Windmill (no weight) for a max of 45 secs

Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)

Complete 5 sets of the following:

1 min Lateral Box Jumps / Step Ups (24/20)

1 min Russian KB Swings (53/35)

1 min T2B / Hanging Knee Raises

1 min Burpees

Rest 2 mins

Keep count of reps and enter 5 scores into the system. One score for each total round.
