In 10 mins with a partner :
complete 3 rounds each of:
3 DB Deadlifts
3 DB Hang Power Cleans
3 DB Front Squats
3 DB Push Press
3 Devil’s Press
25ft DB Walking Lunges (down and back)
*one partner works while the other rests
Relay style: (AMRAP – Rounds)
(one after the other)
15 Cal Assault Bike (sprint)
12 DB Facing Burpees (make sure they stay low on the burpees as they would in the jackal position)
9 DB Thursters
