4.  Overhead Squat (1×8 @ 65%)

Sunday

1.  Snatch from High Blocks (5×3)
2.  Push Jerk (1RM)
3.  Clean From Blocks (5×3)
4.  20″ Step Ups Against Single Orange Band (3×6 each leg)
